About Us

Ava Place is located 45 minutes southeast of Springfield. Our dedicated staff is available to assist residents in achieving and maintaining personal independence. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) at Ava Place offers assisted living and residential care, with private and semi-private room options. However, DLTC is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with each community to care for residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.
